How much weight will I put on during pregnancy?

Answer:

This depends on what you weight before you become pregnant, most women gain around 22Ib to 26Ib (10kg to 12.5kg), most of the weight is put on after week 20 of pregnancy.

Putting on too much or too little weight is not healthy for you or your baby.
